Welcome to Spkr, a service provided by No Friction Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our service, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

Spkr allows users to:

• Share articles, URLs, and text content to Spkr for audio conversion
• Convert text content into high-quality audio using AI technology
• Create personalized podcast feeds and audio content
• Listen to podcast audio episodes in the Spkr App or via a Podcast App

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use or that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service

Some features of the Service require an auto-renewable subscription. Subscriptions are available exclusively through our mobile applications via Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android).

We may update pricing or entitlements with at least 30 days' notice. New rates take effect at the next renewal.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We process your content only to provide the Service
• We implement security measures to protect your data
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• You can request deletion of your data at any time

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all devices or platforms
• Permanent storage of your content or generated audio
• Specific response times or processing speeds

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spkr shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party content or services
• Issues arising from your use of generated audio content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your account and data.
