Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: March 29, 2026. This page explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for Spkr subscriptions.

1. Free Trial

New users get a 2-month free trial to try Spkr. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to all premium features until the billing period ends
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account automatically downgrades to the free plan at period end

3. Refund Policy

3.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge. This applies to:

  • First-time subscribers only
  • Monthly or annual subscription plans
  • Requests made within 14 days of the initial charge
  • Accounts that have not exhausted all conversion credits

3.2 Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Accounts that have already exhausted all conversion credits
  • Subscription renewals (automatic billing after the first billing period)
  • Partial months or unused portions of your subscription (no pro-rated refunds)
  • Free trial periods (no charge, no refund needed)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at support@spkr-app.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant details about your experience

Refund requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days, credited to the original payment method.

5. Billing Disputes

If you notice an unauthorized charge or billing error, contact us immediately at support@spkr-app.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Changes to Subscription Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged for the new plan with no pro-rated credits for the previous plan.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle plan changes or cancellations.
