We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to test our service. During this trial period, you can cancel at any time without being charged.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all premium features until the billing period ends
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan at the end of the billing period

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge. This applies to:

  • First-time subscribers only
  • Monthly or annual subscription plans
  • Requests made within 14 days of the initial charge
  • Accounts that have not exhausted all conversion credits

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Accounts that have already exhausted all conversion credits
  • Subscription renewals (automatic billing after the first billing period)
  • Partial months or unused portions of your subscription (no pro-rated refunds)
  • Free trial periods (no charge, no refund needed)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@spkr.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant details about your experience

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription.

Billing Disputes

If you notice an unauthorized charge or billing error, please contact us immediately at support@spkr.app. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Changes to Subscription Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately, and you will be charged for the new plan. No pro-rated credits are provided for the previous plan
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period

Please note: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle plan changes or cancellations.
